My stay at Baan 3 on the 3rd level was fantastic! The room was big enough and really comfortable, and the balcony with a sea view was awesome. The sun decks were spacious and clean. However, the steep hills around the location were a bit challenging to navigate in flip flops. The Friday evening market nearby was a delightful experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were great to be in and sit around, with either Eastern or North Eastern views, but my room was not ready until an hour after the specified check-in time. The location on top of a hill made it a bit inconvenient due to the steep paths around the resort. There were a few wear and tear marks, but nothing major.

While they happily drove me around in a golf buggy, some staff members were overly aggressive, especially during busy times like breakfast and New Year celebrations. The location, up on a hill, provided a great escape from the main strip's hustle and bustle with a large swimming pool and scenic sea views. However, the hourly shuttle service and steep paths limited flexibility.

I couldn't fault the rooms other than the internet, with a nice view towards Koh Phangan, big balcony, and such a friendly team. The door to the room next to us wasn't a problem. The staff are warm and helpful, especially during the buggy runs. They really tried to provide a five-star service and a honeymoon experience. The location is good for a quiet vacation, high up in the hills above Bophut, although a bit far from the beaches. The regular free shuttle service was excellent. The dining experience was not great, with bland and boring food. The facilities were comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms provided spacious and extremely beautiful views over the shore and sea. They were lovely and well-equipped. The service was excellent across the board, making my experience truly enjoyable. The location, while tiring due to steep hills, was peaceful and perfect for couples. The dining experience was good but could use more variety. Overall, a well-designed hotel away from the city noise with fantastic cuisine and super staff.
